As a Mindfulness Teacher and Coach, I help people:

  1. Make lasting positive changes

  2. Design the life they desire

  3. Show up in the world the way they want most for themselves and others

I know what it’s like managing a career, carving out work-life balance, navigating relationships, parenting, and caregiving. As a highly sensitive, empathic and ambitious person, I understand on a personal level and from my experience working with others, the challenges that come with living in this modern world.

So many people are suffering from unmanaged stress and unhelpful patterns that keep them from reaching their potential.

Coaching, mindfulness and well-rounded wellbeing practices can be life-changing. I help clients learn to integrate these practices, which I’ve witnessed are transformational and vital to a fulfilling and healthy life. It is my life’s mission to share what I have learned about how to harness the power of these practices to empower others along their path.

As a trained and International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach, I specialize in effective stress management, mindfulness meditation, life and professional goal manifestation, and optimal health. In my sessions, I use mindfulness-based coaching, neuroscience, and positive psychology coaching strategies that enhance clients’ personal and professional lives. I love the connection of working 1:1 and I am grateful for the ability to share this work with a larger audience through online programs, group facilitation and presentations.

When I work with a new or current client, I draw from my background in human science, coaching, mindfulness, meditation, wellness, positive psychology, grief work, nutrition, ecotherapy, coaching and diverse personal life experiences. The most common reasons clients work with me are (to):

  • increase happiness, fulfillment, inner peace

  • better manage and reduce stress and anxiety

  • grow in career and business aspirations

  • improve communication, confidence, interpersonal skills

  • release weight gain, unhealthy diet, food attachments

  • letting go, life transition, caregiver support

  • parenting, dating and healthy relationships

Other clients see me when they are feeling great and wanting to deepen or learn a meditation practice, finally go for the dream, anticipating a big change, or to increase longevity & great health.

When I’m not coaching or teaching mindfulness, you can find me spending time with my family and friends or enjoying quiet time outside in nature. My proudest accomplishments have been raising emotionally-intelligent children, my twenty-one-year relationship, and breaking through old patterns that used to hold me back, which has led to great fulfillment in my career and personal life. I’m so grateful I get to do what I love every day.

You get one life and the truth is that you determine how you experience it. Don’t hesitate to contact me through email or schedule a free intro call to see how we might work together. It is not an accident that you have come to my page. I'd love to hear from you.

Coaching Science

Research studies show coaching improves work performance, growth and opportunities. Also, coaching clients experience greater self-confidence, enhanced relationships, more effective communications skills, better work-and-life balance and an improvement in wellness—making back well-beyond their initial investment. And when financial benefit is desired, clients can typically expect a ROI of more than three times the amount spent.

I offer coaching, mindfulness & meditation sessions via phone or online. That means we can work together at your convenience regardless of proximity.
