Mindfulness

Whether you are interested in working with me one-on-one or as a group, these sessions are for:

  • anyone that has felt overwhelmed and anxious and wants to learn proven methods to relieve stress

  • anyone who wants greater focus and to increase performance in their career, school or sport

  • any parent or partner who wants to improve family relationships and home life

  • anyone that experiences social anxiety and wants to feel more confident and connect with authenticity

  • any creative person who wants to be able to get into a flow state more often

  • anyone wanting to bring mindfulness to their workplace, organization or small group

Work on training the mind (neuroplasticity) to improve your daily life and mental health. If you have a current mindfulness meditation practice - we work together to deepen your current practice, explore and integrate insights, and add an element of accountability.

Workshops & Speaking

  • Custom made workshops for your business, organization or retreat center to speaking at conferences and events, or private gatherings

Coaching and mindfulness instruction done over the phone or online enables me to work and plan events with people all over the world. If you are local (South Florida), we can often arrange for in-person meetings with you and/or your group. You are welcome to contact me for a free intro call to see how we might work together.

FAQs

  • Excellent question – feeling like you and your coach are a good fit is key! We can start with a free 20-minute intro phone or video chat. During the call, I am happy to answer your questions and look forward to hearing about you and what you're looking for in coaching.

Some come to the intro call with questions in mind and others simply show up to learn more – both work well! I will explain how I work and outline what you can expect from coaching sessions with me.

  • I currently live in Florida and coach clients from all over. The majority of sessions occur via phone or video call. Occasionally, in-person local sessions and workshops can be arranged.

  • Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m ET. I take a limited number of clients on weekday evenings. If you do not see a session time you need, please let me know and we’ll figure something out. You can schedule sessions on my Calendar page here.

  • My session fees range from $100 to $180/ hour:

    • $120-$180 sliding scale/ single session including email or text support between sessions

    • $110/ session for 5 sessions

    • $100/ session for 10 sessions

Sliding scale depends on need and availability. Don’t hesitate to ask about this option.

Executive coaching may be covered by your employer. We can discuss ways clients have gotten this paid for.

Please email me for workshop fee inquiries.

  • All programs are tailored to fit the individual, so you get to decide this! And together we can talk about it.

My suggestion is to plan on 5 sessions, although many of my clients tell me they benefit and see results immediately. You can choose your number of sessions and I do not ask that you commit to a number of sessions.

As your schedule allows, it’s usually best to start with weekly sessions. Many clients move to a bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) session cadence once we get going. Clients that have been with me longer schedule monthly, occasionally, or more frequently when things come up.

  • Officially, coaching helps clients to define and take action toward the realization of their visions, goals or desires. (International Coaching Federation)

    • The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve professional and personal goals faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise.

    • Clients choose the focus of coaching, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves clients into positive action.

    • Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness.

    • Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future.

    • Coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.

    • Coaching improves work performance, growth and opportunities. Coaching clients experience greater self-confidence, enhanced relationships, more effective communications skills, better work-and-life balance and an improvement in wellness—making back well-beyond their initial investment.

    • When financial benefit is desired, clients can typically expect a ROI of more than three times the amount spent.

I believe that it’s never too late to be the person you always wanted to be and to step into your divine purpose.

My coaching is an empowering support focused to help you unlock your unique potential, your inner guide, and cultivate a meaningful life. The coaching framework I use brings a unique blend of evidence, science, and research-based tools, ancient wisdom and intuition.

Holistic Detox

Holistic Detox

One of the most underutilized keys to great physical and mental health and transformation is holistic cleansing. Guided holistic detox is an extremely effective way to shift old habits and get on a path to longevity and rejuvenation. For our wellbeing, it is almost imperative, due to the high amount of toxins in our environment, food and water, that we include safe and holistic cleanses in our personal wellness practices in this day and age. I bring this offering into my practice due the immense benefit and potential cleanses have in propelling clients toward their goals. Learn More.

Working with Cassandra is a pleasure. I had something specific to work on and with Cassandra’s insightful questions and expert guidance, our work together turned into much more than what I was expecting. I found it very easy to connect and to feel comfortable, which at times isn’t the easiest thing for me to do. Through our work together I was able to see where I was stuck, look at the situation with an entirely new perspective, and tap into those innate quiet strengths we all possess but often times keep hidden away. I’m truly grateful for Cassandra and what she brings to this practice.
