Hello Friend,

I am happy to finally share this newsletter full of Fall season Mindfulness and Wellness with you!

Fall is a time for harvest and preparation. For letting go and creating a plan for moving forward. In traditional medicine this season correlates with our lungs, large intestine, and lymphatic system. When we are in balance we feel a deep sense of equanimity, other times we might feel a stirring of grief or sadness. Now is the perfect opportunity to bring in a couple healing practices, as we near the more hectic holiday season, that will make our experience of this special time of year feel more easeful, joyful and abundant.
