I know what it’s like managing a career, carving out work-life balance, navigating relationships, parenting, and caregiving. As a highly sensitive, empathic and ambitious person, I understand on a personal level and from my experience working with others, the challenges that come with living in today’s world.

Many of the people I work with are doing a lot right on the outside. They’re often successful, responsible, and high-functioning, yet internally, they feel stretched thin or always slightly behind. Many desire to make positive changes in their lives, but the pace of everything and their own internal pressure can make it hard to know how to do this.

Coaching, mindfulness, and well-rounded wellbeing practices can be life-changing. When my clients integrate these, I witness real transformations and celebrate with them as they experience more fulfillment and life satisfaction. It is part of my life’s mission to share what I've learned about how to implement and harness the power of these practices to support and empower others.

Through my education and training with the International Coaching Federation, I bring an evidence-based foundation to my method, specializing in effective stress management, interpersonal skills, mindfulness, confidence, personal and professional growth, and wellbeing practices. My approach combines mindfulness-based coaching, neuroscience, positive psychology, and the science of goals and habits to improve clients’ personal and professional lives. I offer 1:1 coaching, group programs, and workshops for organizations and larger audiences.

My experience working in small businesses and large corporations, business ownership, with loss and letting go, caregiving, marriage and parenthood has guided my approach and allows me to connect authentically with people from many walks of life. In every coaching partnership, I help clients feel seen, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to lead themselves and others with clarity, presence, and confidence.

Mindfulness and coaching allowed me to move beyond patterns that once held me back and continue to support me in living with greater fulfillment and thriving. I am profoundly grateful to engage in work that aligns with my passions and purpose. This has been shaped by a combination of the earned wisdom of “this one life” which rests deep in my bones, and tools that give myself freedom to live my life in a way that honors my values and strengths.

Outside my coaching practice, I value a life that feels grounded and meaningful, prioritizing connection, growth and adventure. You can find me spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, reading, learning something new, and planning my next trip or live show to attend.

My priorities and perspective have been indelibly influenced by the integration of both difficult and meaningful chapters of my life, and bearing witness to others’ life transitions.

I’m especially proud of raising emotionally intelligent children and of my 20-plus-year relationship with my husband. My relationships and everyday life itself continue to be my most important teachers and what I cherish the most.

If you’re here, you may sense that something in your life is ready to shift. If this is the case, you’re welcome to reach out or schedule a free intro call. I’d be happy to connect and see what might support you right now.

Coaching ROI

Research studies show coaching improves work performance, growth and opportunities. Also, coaching clients experience greater self-confidence, enhanced relationships, more effective communication skills, better work-and-life balance and an improvement in wellness—making back well-beyond their initial investment. And when financial benefit is desired, clients can typically expect a ROI of more than three times the amount spent.
