Tonight, we slooow it down...

Invitation No. 5: With practice and by taking the time to decompress and fill our cups—we can create a sanctuary within to come back to when things feel fast or we feel overwhelmed. So this evening, I welcome you to take a some extra care of yourself.

A warm bath with salts or calming oils (i.e. chamomile, lavender, and rose) can be a wonderful way to do this. Or indulging in your bedtime routine: slowly washing your face, gently massaging face and neck, putting on lotion or oils with deep self nourishment. Enjoy, beautiful.
