4-7-8 Relaxing Breath
/Put on you headphones, find a quiet space and join me in this 2-min breathing practice for immediate stress release and coming back into the present.
Tips before you begin:
- You may wish to let your tongue rest right behind the upper front teeth during this breathing exercise. 
- Your counts may be longer or shorter than mine. Go at your own comfortable pace. 
- This is something that gets better and better as you practice. Try to do it two times each day.
